On March 19, DoBe Group officially signed a cooperation agreement with Xinyue Asset Management, a subsidiary of Cinda Real Estate. Both parties will leverage their respective core strengths in revitalizing distressed assets and operating cultural & creative industry parks to deepen collaboration around commercial office assets, particularly cultural & creative park products, jointly exploring innovative approaches to enhance the value of stock assets.
