Asset Management Branch, Real Estate Chamber of Commerce of Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce Officially Established, DoBe Group Appointed as Chair Unit
On May 28, the "Establishment Ceremony of the Asset Management Branch, Real Estate Chamber of Commerce of Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce & 2025 Shanghai Real Estate Asset Management High-Quality Development Forum" was successfully held at the DoBe WE@ Century. As the first professional industry organization in China dedicated to real estate asset management, the branch's establishment ceremony attracted over 200 representatives from government, enterprises, and academic institutions to jointly explore innovative paths for asset management in the era of stock properties.

Currently, China's economy is in a critical stage of high-quality development, with the real estate industry transitioning from incremental development to stock operation. With the advancement of national strategies such as urban renewal, asset revitalization, and green low-carbon development, asset management has become a core issue for the sustainable development of the real estate industry. Against this backdrop, the Asset Management Branch, Real Estate Chamber of Commerce of Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce was established. As one of the main initiators, DoBe Group was deeply involved in the preparation and establishment of the branch.
At the event, the Real Estate Chamber of Commerce of Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce held a plaque-awarding ceremony for the Asset Management Branch, officially designating DoBe Group as the leading unit of the branch.

As the leading unit of the Asset Management Branch, DoBe Group has outlined its future priorities and vision. The establishment of the Asset Management Branch aims to address the industry's shift from incremental development to stock operation. It will focus on five key initiatives: building industry standards, creating a resource-sharing platform, promoting "asset management + technology" integration, establishing an "industry-academia-research-application" platform, and developing globally recognized benchmark brands to help Shanghai become a global asset management hub. The goal is to attract 200 member units within 1-3 years, covering the entire industry chain including developers, financial institutions, tech companies, and law firms. Within 3-5 years, the branch aims to support the construction of the "Shanghai Asset Management Big Data Center". Long-term plans include exploring a REITs incubation pool, listing on the Hong Kong or Singapore REITs markets, activating assets, and forming a closed-loop ecosystem of policy research, asset operation, and capital exit.

During the keynote speeches and panel discussions at this forum, industry experts and corporate representatives engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as the characteristics, trends, and opportunities of real estate asset management in the stock era, as well as strategies for real estate companies to transform and break through, and the reconstruction of value in the stock era.
The establishment of the Asset Management Branch under the Shanghai Real Estate Chamber of Commerce has created a dedicated platform for exchange and collaboration within Shanghai's real estate asset management sector. DoBe Group will fully leverage its professional advantages, actively participate in the formulation and promotion of industry standards, facilitate exchanges and cooperation among branch members, integrate resources across the entire industrial chain, enhance Shanghai's asset management capabilities, and lead the industry in value creation.
