The Tsinghua SEM DBA program is committed to providing high-level and in-depth applied management research education for senior Chinese management practitioners and experienced management research consultants. It aims to cultivate a group of advanced applied management research talents for enterprises, helping Chinese companies achieve sustainable development in complex market environments. The itinerary spanned Shanghai and Suzhou, with the first stop at DoBe WE@BUND INTERNATIONAL HUB. As a cultural and creative industry demonstration building and key historical preservation site in Shanghai's Huangpu District, it has served over 130 global creative industry enterprises. DoBe invited renowned Italian architect and Milan Expo master planner Stefano Boeri to redesign the 1930 former HuaShang Stock Exchange building with the concept of "preserving the old while innovating the new". The preserved vault tunnels and steel beam structures are integrated with vertical forests, allowing participants to experience the harmonious fusion of history and modernity. The project of DoBe WE@ Shanghai Bookmall, formerly known as Century Publishing Building, is adjacent to Fuzhou Road and seamlessly connected to Shanghai Book City. As a hub for the digital advertising industry, it has attracted over 70% of the advertising industry chain by introducing high-quality cultural enterprises and resources from both domestic and international markets. This innovative model, integrating creative offices, cultural exchanges, new consumption, and performance exhibitions, has sparked lively discussions among participants. In Suzhou's Taohuawu area, through diverse formats such as specialty dining, boutique hotels, cultural and creative derivatives, and immersive theaters, the historical context of the Tang Yin IP has been transformed into an immersive cultural tourism experience. By "empowering space with culture", it creates a new consumption field that is "viewable, livable, visitable, and learnable", providing an innovative cultural tourism model for the modern reinterpretation of traditional culture.
