The Guangcai Program is a noble initiative aligned with the Party and national development goals, launched through the united front, with its core objective being the promotion of common prosperity. This cause adheres to a dual-driven strategy of "industry + public welfare" and has achieved remarkable results in multiple key areas. From poverty alleviation to rural revitalization, from east-west collaboration to daily educational donations, and even caring for the elderly living alone, the influence of the Guangcai Program is everywhere, making positive contributions to social development and progress.
DoBe Group has always integrated social responsibility into its corporate development. For over 20 years, DoBe has actively responded to government calls to engage in public welfare, releasing the "Social, Environmental, and Governance Report" (ESG Report) for three consecutive years, fulfilling its commitment to sustainable development. According to incomplete statistics, in terms of regional collaboration, DoBe has continuously donated approximately 10 million yuan worth of supplies to regions such as Yunnan, Sichuan, and Guizhou, aiding over 1,000 underprivileged students and creating employment opportunities for more than 1,000 local residents. In community services, DoBe has participated in 10 micro-renewal projects, provided over 20,000 books for public reading programs, contributed more than 10,000 volunteer service hours, and formed 200 charitable family partnerships across Shanghai communities. DoBe also places great emphasis on Party building in non-public enterprises and supports entrepreneurship and employment for veterans.
In 2014, DoBe initiated the establishment of the Shanghai Water Molecular Public Welfare Foundation, creating a public welfare platform to integrate social resources. The foundation provides funding and resource support to charitable organizations, focuses on the growth and education of youth and children, and contributes to national talent development. Simultaneously, DoBe engages in rural revitalization and community charity activities centered on "mountain areas, communities, and industrial parks", demonstrating the company's social responsibility and commitment.
In the future, DoBe Group will continue to deepen its social responsibility practices, collaborate with enterprises in its cultural and creative industrial parks to participate in the Guangcai Program, explore sustainable development paths for public welfare projects, and continuously contribute to social development and progress.
