DoBe Hosts Apparel Industry CEO Salon to Build Collaborative Ecosystem Across the Value Chain
Recently, the DoBe CEO Entrepreneur Club event—a themed salon on the apparel industry—was successfully held at DoBe Hongqiao International WE. The event invited leaders from over ten apparel brands and trading companies within DoBe parks to engage in in-depth discussions on industry challenges, model innovation, and ecosystem collaboration.

Lou Nayuan, General Manager of Dongguan Jinjian
Garment Co., Ltd. from DoBe Hongqiao International WE, shared the company's transformation experience from "Large-Order Slow Production" to "Small-Order Quick Response". Jinjian Garment is a well-known domestic clothing manufacturer with complete industrial supply chain capabilities. The traditional "Large-Order Slow Production" model in the garment industry involves issues such as bulk orders, long production cycles, and high inventory risks. In contrast, the "Small-Order Quick Response" model enables precise capture of market demand, not only enhancing production efficiency but also reducing costs, giving the company a competitive edge in the market.
Zheng Hua, General Manager of Shanghai Crownless Garments Co., Ltd., shared the unique concept of the clothing brand CROWNLESS: drawing inspiration from Chinese culture, integrating ancient wisdom into contemporary life, and redefining "New Chinese Style". The brand aims to help modern women achieve self-awareness, self-fulfillment, and self-transcendence, conveying the wisdom and aesthetic attitude of Chinese culture to the world while exploring minimalist expressions of Eastern feminine elegance. In the highly competitive women's apparel market, General Manager Zheng's insights on pioneering niche segments sparked profound on-site discussions regarding industry breakthroughs.
Additionally, Tina, Partner at Shanghai Huiyichu Information Technology Co., Ltd., and Tian Chenxi, Head of Zhejiang Zhengyouke Information Technology Co., Ltd., shared insights on personal branding and image management, as well as corporate certification, respectively.
The event included corporate visits and resource networking sessions, where participating company representatives explored potential collaborations such as supply chain coordination and channel sharing through on-site exchanges, with some companies preliminarily reaching cooperation intentions.

Meanwhile, with an open and inclusive attitude, we welcome more high-quality enterprises to join us in building a mutually beneficial and synergistic industrial ecosystem, achieving the industrial synergy effect where "work circles become friend circles, and upstairs-downstairs relationships become upstream-downstream partnerships".
