DoBe Visits Shenzhen Bao'an District Low-Altitude Unmanned Systems Industry Association to Explore Low-Altitude Economy Park Collaboration
Recently, a delegation from DoBe Group visited the Shenzhen Bao'an District Low-Altitude Unmanned System Industry Association. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as the development of the low-altitude economy ecosystem, technology transfer, and application scenarios, exploring potential collaboration opportunities.
According to data from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China's low-altitude economy reached 506 billion yuan in 2023, a year-on-year increase of 33.8%, and is expected to exceed 1 trillion yuan by 2026. Morgan Stanley predicts that by 2040, the global urban air mobility market will reach $1 trillion, with China's eVTOL (electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft) market share expected to account for 25%-30% of the global total. As a pilot zone for the National Development and Reform Commission's "All-Space Unmanned System (Land, Sea, and Air)" initiative and a test area for the Civil Aviation Administration of China's "Urban Unmanned Logistics Delivery Project", Bao'an District has established the country's first urban air traffic operation demonstration center and a "ground-air coordination" smart logistics hub. It integrates infrastructure such as airports, ports, and logistics parks to form a low-altitude drone logistics trial network covering the Greater Bay Area.
As the first participant in China's urban low-altitude economy industrial policy, the Bao'an District Low-Altitude Unmanned System Industry Association in Shenzhen integrates resources from the Shenzhen Artificial Intelligence Industry Association (with over 1,400 member units, including Huawei, Tencent, ZTE, etc.), the Aerospace Information Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and universities like Xi'an Jiaotong University. It collaborates with capital platforms such as the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and China Resources Holdings to form an industrial ecosystem that merges "technology chain, industrial chain, financial chain, and talent chain". By drawing on advanced European and American experiences, the association establishes standardized service systems to help member units like Coolfarmers Drones and AEE Aviation Technology seize opportunities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area construction, promoting the industrialization of unmanned systems technology and industry collaboration.
During the talks, DoBe shared its global network layout of key city parks and practical experience in empowering cultural and creative industries through spatial operations. The association systematically showcased its achievements in resource integration, including member enterprises' industry-academia-research platforms and projects like the "Low-Altitude Economy + Rural Revitalization Demonstration Base". Both parties discussed trends in low-altitude economic development, including policy interpretation, technological breakthroughs, and market demand. They agreed that their collaboration holds significant synergies in resource alignment and scenario implementation, with resource sharing and complementary advantages serving as key drivers for industrial advancement.
In the future, DoBe Group will establish a long-term cooperation mechanism with the Shenzhen Bao'an District Low-altitude Unmanned System Industry Association, leveraging space empowerment to activate industrial potential and assist technology companies in accelerating growth and scaling up.
