The Orientation Event for the 2025 Intake of CUHK EMBA (Chinese) Was Held at DoBe E-Manor of Dongxi in Hangzhou
Recently, the orientation event for the 2025 intake of CUHK EMBA (Chinese) was held at DoBe E-Manor of Dongxi in Shangcheng District, Hangzhou Professor Liu Min, Finance Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and Director of the EMBA (Chinese) program, led over 40 EMBA entrepreneur students on a visit. This event established a two-way empowerment platform for academic research and industrial practice through on-site tours and in-depth exchanges at the manor.
As DoBe Group's first project in Hangzhou, DoBe E-Manor of Dongxi adopts an integrated "work + life" design concept, combining office spaces, dining, hotels, apartments, live-streaming studios, and other personalized facilities to create a relaxed garden-style office ecosystem. By 2025, the manor has earned titles such as "Zhejiang Provincial Small and Micro Enterprise Park", "Hangzhou Cultural Industry Park", and "Hangzhou Technology Business Incubator", attracting youthful innovative teams in digital technology, e-commerce live-streaming, and other fields, forming a vibrant cultural and creative ecosystem.
During the visit, the student group toured two representative cultural and creative enterprises in the manor and engaged in discussions with young entrepreneurs on "integrating business insights with the cultural and creative industries". The students highly praised the manor's creative design, intelligent management, concierge-style services, and scene integration, stating that it "perfectly aligns with contemporary young professionals' vision of an ideal workplace".
At the symposium, both parties engaged in dialogue centered on the theme of "How Industrial Parks Can Empower Enterprises Throughout Their Lifecycle Development". DoBe Group shared practical experiences in the operation services of cultural and creative industries, proposing to continuously optimize service chains through innovative operation models, and to create a "Second Classroom" for enterprises through spatial empowerment, resource integration, and industrial services. EMBA entrepreneur students from CUHK combined their course learnings to raise questions on topics such as industrial service innovation and international resource alignment, with both sides exploring pathways to integrate business wisdom with industrial practices.

Since entering Hangzhou in 2016, DoBe Group has adopted a "Selection + Cultivation" model, focusing on digital innovation, trend culture, e-commerce live-streaming, and headquarters economy, attracting a cohort of youthful and innovative cultural and creative enterprises. DoBe Zhejiang will continue to promote the deep integration of business wisdom with park development, using industrial practices to enrich classroom teaching and support the sustainable growth of the cultural and creative industry ecosystem.
During the event, members of the DoBe Running Team demonstrated remarkable perseverance by completing the challenging "Gobi 20" desert training race organized by the EMBA program of CUHK, securing first place and showcasing the team's vitality and cohesion.
