DoBe Group Honored as "Shanghai Model Unit for Patriotic Support of the Military"
Recently, DoBe Group was awarded the title of "Shanghai Model Unit for Patriotic Support of the Military" by the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the CPC, the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, and the Shanghai Garrison Command.
Since its establishment, DoBe Group has deeply integrated Party building with corporate development. For many consecutive years, it has been rated as a "Five-Star Party Organization". Embracing the Party-building philosophy of "Always Being an Enterprise Trusted by the Party and the People's Government", the Group has developed a distinctive model characterized by "Mission-Driven Party Building, Integrated Party Building, Cultural Party Building, Vibrant Party Building, and Innovative Party Building," which has received high recognition from organizations at all levels. In 2022, the People's Daily Press published "The Foundation of Everlasting Success—The Non-Public Sector Party Building Practices of DoBe Group" systematically summarizing DoBe's Party-building experience.
DoBe actively responds to the national call for "Double Support", carrying out military-civilian cooperation activities with stationed troops in Shanghai, forming a militia platoon, and participating in militia training. Additionally, a cooperative relationship was established with the Second Anti-Aircraft Artillery Regiment of the Reserve Division to strengthen national defense awareness and deepen the bond between the military and civilians. DoBe Group has partnered with professional institutions to provide entrepreneurial support and employment opportunities for veterans. In recent years, it has helped resolve employment and entrepreneurship issues for 29 veterans, active-duty military personnel, and their families, while continuing to assist veterans in need. In 2023, DoBe Group introduced measures to support Shanghai college students enlisting in the military, offering them pre-employment opportunities as management trainees. After completing their service, they are given priority for employment at DoBe. This initiative has been recognized by the Veterans Affairs Bureau and university career guidance centers.
As a leading operator of cultural and creative industries in China, DoBe integrates its patriotic support for the military into its practice of serving national strategies. The company actively participates in major initiatives such as the "Belt and Road" program, poverty alleviation, and rural revitalization, earning recognition as one of the "Top 10 Cultural Enterprises in Shanghai". For over two decades, DoBe has developed more than ten industrial courses, participated in cultural and creative planning research across multiple provinces, and provided cultural and creative consulting as well as talent cultivation services for provinces like Hainan, Anhui, and Jilin. It has facilitated 21 cadres in temporary practice positions, organized over a hundred training sessions, and promoted the upgrade of regional cultural and creative industries.
