On August 28, Wu Lingyu, Deputy Director of the Putuo District People's Congress Standing Committee, led a delegation on a visit to DoBe E-Manor of Ganquan in Putuo District, Shanghai.
DoBe E-Manor of Ganquan is located at the intersection of Shuangshan Road and Jiaotong Road, formerly an old industrial factory building. After renovation by DoBe Group, the project integrates the concepts of "ecological office space, enterprise empowerment, and community connectivity", providing comprehensive growth services for businesses throughout their lifecycle. Leveraging Putuo District's strategic position as a key connection point in the Yangtze River Delta, along with its industrial foundation and policy advantages, the park has attracted numerous well-known enterprises, startups, and professional service providers, including brands in the gaming card sector such as Buban TCG Card Club and Berna Mansion.
During an on-site visit to the park's enterprises, Wu Lingyu gained detailed insights into their operations and the park's service efficiency, expressing approval for DoBe's achievements in industrial clustering and urban function enhancement.
