DoBe Launches First "Overseas Service Hub" with Official Launch of DoBe Hub@Hong Kong West Kowloon
DoBe Hub, a brand under DoBe Group, will establish its presence at "83 King Lam Street", a Grade A landmark commercial twin-tower building in Hong Kong's West Kowloon developed by New World Development Company Limited. The launch of the office building marks the official commencement of the DoBe Hub@Hong Kong West Kowloon project, DoBe Group's first serviced office initiative in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. By integrating flexible workspaces, professional overseas expansion services, and the advantages of the Greater Bay Area's "one-hour commuting circle", the project aims to help mainland enterprises efficiently connect with international markets.

DoBe Group currently operates in over 20 cities globally, with nearly 100 signed cultural and creative industry parks, serving more than 10,000 enterprises and 200,000 white-collar professionals. The "DoBe Hub" brand adheres to the philosophy of "convenience, flexibility, and connectivity", featuring "global membership-based distributed offices, shared access to diverse spaces, and ecosystem services" to support business growth in the digital intelligence era. Hong Kong West Kowloon serves as a critical link between Hong Kong and Shenzhen, holding significant strategic importance. Beyond office space services, the West Kowloon project offers venues for salons, large-scale roadshow centers, meeting rooms of various sizes, and professional services such as company registration, recruitment, finance, taxation, and legal support. It provides mainland enterprises with integrated one-stop services and an industry exchange platform to facilitate their "going global" initiatives.
Cross-border enterprises and those seeking international business expansion often face dual challenges of "unfamiliar environments", "high office costs", and "ineffective resource linkage". DoBe Hub@Hong Kong West Kowloon positions itself as a "one-stop service + community hub", serving as a service station for enterprises expanding overseas. Its target clientele includes businesses pursuing overseas development and cross-border trade, among others. With the global advancement of new technologies like blockchain, enterprises in the Web3.0 sector increasingly require international resource connectivity, making them a key target group for the project.
