Delegation from Hangzhou Airport Economic Demonstration Zone Visits DoBe E-Manor of Chengdu for Exchange

DoBe E-Manor of Chengdu is DoBe's first park in Southwest China. Originally the printing facility of Sichuan Press Group, it has been transformed through urban renewal into an industrial cluster zone characterized by digital culture and art. Adhering to the core philosophy of "renovating and integrating the old while revitalizing existing assets", the park preserves the historical texture and structural features of the original buildings while upgrading them with intelligent facilities and refined management services, turning aging spaces into high-quality carriers suitable for the development of cultural, creative, and technology enterprises. Through a "selection + cultivation" model for businesses, the park focuses on fields such as digital media, art design, and technological innovation, forming an industrial structure driven by both "cultural creativity and technological innovation", thereby revitalizing the region's stock assets.

During the visit, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on key issues such as "how urban renewal aligns with regional industrial positioning" and "how industrial parks provide precise services to enterprises". The training class recognized that DoBe Group's "customer-centric" service philosophy and deep service model effectively stimulate corporate innovation vitality, offering a replicable operational paradigm for the high-quality development of industrial parks.

This visit was an important component of the cadre training activities of Hangzhou Airport Economic Demonstration Zone, aiming to promote the high-quality development of the airport economic zone and the enhancement of Qianjiang New City's quality, while improving the professional competence and vision of the cadres. The training class invited experts and leaders from institutions such as the Chengdu New Economic Development Research Institute, Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, Sichuan University, and DoBe Group to conduct specialized training on low-altitude economy, AI industry, and other fields. Additionally, participants were organized to visit key enterprises and characteristic industrial parks, including DoBe E-Manor of Chengdu, for on-site investigations and practical learning.
