DoBe PINK Hosts "HER CODE" Themed Salon
On September 14th, DoBe PINK, a female entrepreneurs club, held the "HER CODE" themed salon at DoBe WE@ Shanghai Bookmall in Huangpu District, Shanghai. Nearly 30 female entrepreneurs from DoBe park enterprises, including Huiyichu, China Bridge, and Quanbo Power MCN, participated in the event. Representing fields such as cultural creativity, technological innovation, and modern services, they engaged in dialogue centered on three key areas: personal branding/IP development, health management, and philanthropic initiatives.
"HER CODE", meaning "Her Code", aims to explore the growth logic and life script of contemporary female entrepreneurs, encompassing internal energy principles, external style expression, the coding of business thinking, and the wisdom of balancing self with the world.
During the sharing session, Liang Yan, AICI expert and CEO of Huiyichu Technology, delivered a presentation titled "Elegant Breakthrough: The Code to a Female Entrepreneur's Personal IP Image". She analyzed how image conveys trust and influence based on years of professional experience. Several members presented accessories like scarves, brooches, and jewelry they were wearing, inviting Liang Yan to provide on-the-spot interpretations of styling principles and the value of image.
Hou Ming, a Postdoctoral Fellow from the University of Cambridge and a Regenerative Medicine expert, led an energy revitalization session titled "Defying Aging: The Science of Anti-Aging and Energy Management for Elite Women", combining cutting-edge science with pragmatism. The session emphasized that female entrepreneurs should prioritize physical and mental health management alongside high-performance work.
As a deep philanthropic partner of DoBe PINK, the Shanghai Water Molecule Public Welfare Foundation shared details about their "2025 Outstanding Teachers from Mountainous & County Areas Urban Research Trip" project. DoBe PINK maintains a sustained focus on the growth of adolescent girls and educational equity. Member companies actively participate in the resource connection and co-construction of this public welfare project, fulfilling the mission of "business for good".
At the conclusion of the event, DoBe PINK presented new members with club badges. These badges symbolize identity and the shared commitment to the values and alliance of "Love, Beauty, Strength". Since its establishment in March 2024, DoBe PINK has hosted five events, attracting numerous female entrepreneurs from the parks. By pooling their collective strength, it helps members showcase their best "blossoming" state and aims to build an influential community circle for Chinese women in business.
