DoBe WE@Luzhou Recognized as Hefei Cultural and Creative Park
Recently, the Hefei Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau officially announced the second batch of Hefei cultural and creative parks, with DoBe WE@Luzhou successfully included in the list. It is the only cultural and creative park in Luyang District to be recognized this year.
Located in Sanxiaokou, Luyang District, DoBe WE@Luzhou was originally an office building of a provincial state-owned enterprise. In 2021, DoBe Group redesigned and renovated the building, transforming it into a distinctive "vertical cultural and creative park" in Hefei. Driven by the dual engines of "digital economy + cultural creativity", the park focuses on developing multiple cultural landmarks, including "Luzhou Bookstore", creating an integrated cultural and tech innovation park that combines creative office spaces, cultural experiences, and industry incubation.
Currently, the park has attracted well-known enterprises such as Sina Anhui, Zigeer Technology, Deli E-commerce, Glorysoft, and Hopefound Group, covering fields like information technology, cultural creativity, online media, technology services, and human resources. Thanks to its robust industrial ecosystem and innovative environment, the park has received qualifications and honors including "Anhui Provincial Crowdfunding Space", "Hefei Technology Business Incubator", and "Hefei Entrepreneurship Incubation Base". It has become a landmark hub for cultural and creative industries in Hefei.
In the future, DoBe WE@Luzhou will continue to enhance the quality and efficiency of park development, strengthen its core competitiveness, and increase efforts to attract and nurture cultural and creative industries, injecting new vitality and momentum into the high-quality development of the regional industry.
