DoBe WE@Dahua Opens, Creating an International Cultural and Creative Hub in Baoshan District
On September 21, DoBe WE@Dahua (Digital Intelligence Cultural Innovation Center) officially opened at No. 1899 Hutai Road, Baoshan District, Shanghai. This international innovation space integrating office, commerce, and ecology, as an important vehicle for Baoshan District to promote urban renewal and industrial upgrading, will provide enterprises with full lifecycle development support.

At the opening ceremony, Shen Qiang, Secretary of the Dachang Town Party Committee, stated in his speech that DoBe WE@Dahua is an important practice for Baoshan District in advancing industry-city integration and optimizing its industrial structure. Its philosophy of "East-West fusion, open collaboration" closely aligns with Baoshan District's strategic positioning as the "Main Zone of the Science and Innovation Center". The town government will continue optimizing the business environment to support more high-quality enterprises and innovative talent in settling in Baoshan for shared development.

As a key implementation vehicle for Baoshan District's "industry-city integration" strategy, DoBe WE@Dahua established high starting points and an international vision from the initial planning stage, deeply responding to Baoshan's development goal of building a "Main Zone of the Science and Innovation Center". By strategically introducing cultural and creative enterprises, the park is accelerating the aggregation of core elements such as talent, capital, and technology, further invigorating regional innovation vitality.
Dachang Town, where the project is located, is actively building the core area of the Main Zone of the Science and Innovation Center. Leveraging this strategic pivot, DoBe WE@Dahua will capitalize on the region's continuously improving policy support and business environment to attract more high-quality enterprises and top-tier talent, injecting substantial momentum into Baoshan's acceleration of "Three Transformations" and the creation of a key growth pole for "One Base, Two Zones".
Location advantage is DoBe WE@Dahua's first trump card for attracting enterprises. The project is located atop Dachang Town Station on Metro Line 7, adjacent to the Hutai Road bus hub, with an extensive transportation network: 20 minutes to Shanghai West Station, 25 minutes to Shanghai Station, and 30 minutes to Hongqiao International Airport, providing exceptional convenience for corporate executives and employees' business trips and commutes.
The surrounding area of the park is rich in resources, forming a fully-supported ecosystem of "education & research + commerce + living". Shanghai University provides strong support for technological R&D and talent supply. Large commercial complexes such as Baoshan Riyue Guang, IKEA, and Red Star Macalline surround the area, meeting corporate business entertainment needs and daily consumption needs of employees. This "park-as-community" planning concept will achieve "seamless integration of work and life".

If location is the hard power, then the park's design and services are the soft power that makes it stand out. Inspired by the "Vertical Forest" concept, DoBe WE@Dahua integrates natural landscapes into the building interior through a multi-level greening system including plazas, terraces, roofs, and courtyards, breaking the enclosure and oppressiveness of traditional office spaces. A roughly 300-square-meter rooftop garden and open plaza form the landscape core, while three themed areas—the multifunctional performance square, AI vitality square, and leisure greenway—enrich the space with diverse activity scenarios, creating a "green living room" for employees to relax, interact, and spark inspiration.
Regarding spatial services, the interior provides smart facilities like 24-hour VRV air conditioning and smart access control systems. It supports dual-standard delivery of fitted-out or shell-and-core units, greatly reducing renovation costs and time thresholds for enterprises. In addition, functional spaces such as shared meeting rooms, nursing rooms, and public leisure areas are fully covered, reflecting a humanistic concern for the personalized needs of modern office workers.
As a project under the DoBe Group, DoBe WE@Dahua continues the operational service DNA of being a "Full Value Chain Service Provider for Cultural & Tech Innovation". Beyond providing high-quality physical spaces, the "WE Energy Gathering" program offers one-stop industrial services for tenants, including investment and financing connections, CEO clubs, international resource linkages, legal consultations, and policy application support.

This program focuses on the "growth pain points" of cultural and creative enterprises. By regularly hosting industry salons, cross-border collaborations, and international exchange activities, it helps businesses expand business boundaries and connect with overseas markets. Whether for startup teams or mature enterprises, this platform provides systematic support for accelerated development.
In terms of business mix layout, DoBe WE@Dahua demonstrates clear industrial orientation and functional zoning aligned with the needs of cultural and creative industry agglomeration. The first floor focuses on consumption scenarios, introducing desserts, beverages, retail, convenience stores, cafes, and other amenities serving office workers and community residents. The second floor targets creative studios in art, design, yoga, photography, new media, etc., forming a vibrant level blending light commerce and cultural creativity. Floors three and four concentrate on technology-intensive industries like education, tech innovation, finance, and medical health. The fifth floor caters to enterprises in design, culture, media, commerce & trade, and modern services, meeting the office needs of medium-to-large sized companies. This "vertical specialization" model not only enhances space utilization efficiency but also fosters resource sharing and business collaboration among enterprises, achieving an organic integration of production, consumption, and social interaction.
DoBe WE@Dahua has already attracted a batch of high-quality enterprises to sign leases, including TARS, VIGPR, DMI, and KeyFactory, covering multiple cutting-edge fields such as digital technology, creative design, and interactive media. In the future, the park will continue to focus on three key directions—cultural creativity, technological innovation, and modern services—building an internationally influential industrial cluster hub through brand empowerment and community operations.
From physical space to ecological platform, from industry agglomeration to value co-creation, DoBe WE@Dahua stands as a vivid microcosm of Baoshan District's urban renewal and industrial upgrading. Driven by both hardware renovation and software services, it creates fertile ground for enterprises to "be attracted, stay, and grow", is becoming a convergence point for innovative forces, continuously injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of the regional economy.
