DoBe Honored as "Top 10 National Industrial Park Asset Management Operators", While DoBe Dahuali Wins "2025 Urban Regeneration Annual Award – Model of Commercial Office Vitality Revitalization"
On June 19, the "2025 9th Real Estate Innovation Summit" was held in Shanghai. DoBe Group was recognized as one of the "2025 CRIC·Top 10 National Industrial Park Asset Management Operators", while its project DoBe Dahuali received the "2025 Urban Renewal Annual Award - Model of Commercial Office Vitality Revitalization".

Hosted by CRIC Industry-City, this summit themed "Linking Ecosystems, Creating New Value" brought together representatives from government, enterprises, and academia to discuss the transformation of asset operation models and industrial ecosystem development in industrial parks under macroeconomic trends. As a key innovation platform in the pan-real estate sector, the Real Estate Innovation Summit has been held annually since 2017, now in its ninth edition, continuously promoting industry resource integration and ecosystem co-creation.

As China's first ChiNext-listed cultural and creative industrial park operator, DoBe Group has expanded to over 20 cities globally, managing nearly 100 cultural and creative industrial parks. Since 2024, DoBe has made significant progress in its cooperative operation model, providing comprehensive support including park positioning, planning, design, supply chain, engineering management, investment attraction, operation management, smart park management systems, and in-depth value-added services for enterprises, continuously strengthening industrial competitiveness.
DoBe focuses on transforming existing spaces in urban core areas, balancing industrial clustering with urban function enhancement, and has created representative projects such as DoBe Dahuali, offering replicable models for urban renewal. DoBe · Dahuali was formerly the Dahua Hotel in Shanghai's Baoshan District, originally built in the 1990s. DoBe initiated its transformation in 2023, preserving the building's historical character while converting it into an innovation center for the digital cultural industry. The project adopts an open block design, integrating public spaces such as a pure pedestrian culture main street, starlight square, and central garden, creating a neighborhood environment that is "suitable for tourism, work, living, learning, and wellness".
In terms of business format planning, the park focuses on high-end industries such as fashion design, electronic information, and cultural creativity as its core headquarters office functions, complemented by commercial services, new economy retail, and cultural-educational facilities. The commercial district increases the proportion of cultural creativity and leisure businesses to meet the diverse needs of residents and enterprises. By creating the cultural and creative market brand "Stall Play Market" and collaborating with merchants to host art exhibitions, sports pop-ups, and pet-friendly activities, a new scene of industry-city integration is constructed. The project also collaborates with surrounding communities to organize "Little Community Mentor" holiday interest courses and Neighborhood Service Day activities, enhancing regional social benefits.
In the future, DoBe will continue to deepen innovative cooperation models, expand its global industrial resource network, and enhance park operational efficiency through digital tools, helping more urban spaces achieve dual economic and social value enhancement.
