SEA Entrepreneur Delegation Visits DoBe Group, Focusing on Predicaments and Breakthroughs for Office-Industrial Parks in the New Era
On July 16th, representatives of entrepreneurs from the Urban Renewal Branch of the Shanghai Entrepreneur Association (SEA) visited DoBe Group. A themed sharing session titled "Predicaments and Breakthroughs for Office-Industrial Parks" was held at DoBe WE@ Shanghai Bookmall in Huangpu District, Shanghai. Nearly 30 entrepreneurs jointly explored new models for the transformation and development of office-industrial parks under the context of urban renewal.

During the sharing session, DoBe Group provided a detailed introduction to its development history and overall operational status. As an industry leader, DoBe has always adhered to innovative concepts, continuously exploring urban renewal, industrial upgrading, and innovative models for enterprise services. It has now established a service system covering the entire lifecycle of enterprise development, providing refined and professional service support for businesses.
Through long-term practice, DoBe has expanded to over 20 global cities, signing nearly 100 cultural and creative industrial parks. It has created multiple benchmark urban renewal projects, transforming the functionality of aging buildings through spatial restructuring and industrial empowerment. The venue for this sharing session, DoBe WE@ Shanghai Bookmall, was formerly the Century Publishing Building, adjacent to Fuzhou Road and directly connected to Shanghai Book City. After renovation, it has been repositioned as the "Century Digital Culture Innovation Center", focusing on three key industries: cultural innovation, digital media, and professional services. In terms of spatial planning, the project prioritizes the functional reorganization of spaces based on white-collar work schedules and demands. The internal space features a rich and diverse mix of formats, skillfully integrating the varied scenes of traditional parks to create a vertical spatial layout. The project actively introduces high-quality domestic and international enterprises and resources. It has successfully attracted outstanding cultural and creative companies such as Xiongshida, Innersect, Sneakercon, and MAD MAN, forming a clustering effect of over 70% in the advertising industry chain. This achieves an organic integration of urban cultural heritage and industrial innovation.
During the thematic discussion session, participating entrepreneurs engaged in in-depth dialogues on the transformation of industrial parks in urban renewal. Several SEA entrepreneurs noted that the current market supply-demand structure is undergoing reshaping, with numerous structural opportunities remaining in niche sectors. Facing market changes, it is essential to keenly capture opportunities, flexibly adjust strategic directions, and persist in innovative development. Meanwhile, through continuous learning and exchange, we can jointly address market challenges and achieve healthy industry development.
The Shanghai Entrepreneur Association (SEA), established in 2008, is a social organization registered with the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau, with its operational supervision under the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization. The association brings together over a thousand private entrepreneurs from the Yangtze River Delta and across the country, aiming to build a communication bridge between the government and enterprises, and promote resource sharing and collaborative development among members.
This event provided practical references for the transformation of office-industrial parks in the new era through on-site inspections and experience exchanges. All parties look forward to more cooperation in areas such as industrial synergy and resource integration in the future.
