The Second ZLead Global Youth Innovation Summit Held in Shanghai, DoBe Group Launches Top37 Reverse Incubator Program
On August 13 and 14, the second ZLead Global Youth Innovation Summit, jointly organized by the ZLead Silicon Valley Committee, the Shanghai Times Youth Sci-Tech Innovation and Development Center (Preparatory), and DoBe Group, was successfully held at the Future Center in Zhangjiang Science City's Digital Intelligence World, Shanghai. Centered around the theme of "Innovation Relay, Global Co-Creation", the summit focused on topics such as the industrialization of artificial intelligence, the development of youth entrepreneurship ecosystems, and international scientific innovation cooperation, attracting over 500 young entrepreneurs, global experts, and business representatives from around the world.

The summit featured six panel discussions and keynote speeches addressing themes including "Technology Globalization in the AI Era, Youth Entrepreneurship, and Incubation Investment". During the opening ceremony, several significant cooperation agreements were signed. The ZLead Silicon Valley Committee entered into a "Cooperative Education" agreement with California University of Science and Technology, focusing on AI talent development. The university's faculty team, primarily composed of professionals from Silicon Valley tech giants like Google and Meta, plans to introduce a visiting scholar program to facilitate academic exchanges between Chinese and American institutions. Leveraging Pudong as a strategic pilot zone, the collaboration aims to promote resource alignment and application expansion of robotics technology in fields such as recycling industries in China and the United States. Additionally, over 40 top global student unions, including those from Oxford, Stanford, and Harvard, were appointed as "Global Youth Science and Innovation Ecosystem Co-Creation Council Members".

During the summit, DoBe Group, in partnership with the Shanghai Time Youth Science and Innovation Development Center (Preparatory), jointly launched the "Top37 Incubator", an international new-type entrepreneurship platform. Designed as a "reverse incubator", this innovative model follows the logic of "first identifying needs, projects, and channels, then recruiting and assembling entrepreneurial teams from universities". This approach directly provides entrepreneurial teams with orders, a concept summarized as "starting with the end goal and working backward".
Under the Top37 Reverse Incubator Program, high-tech entrepreneurial teams from 37 globally renowned science and technology universities, each comprising no more than 30 members, will undergo interviews and assessments. Selected teams will receive one year of sponsored office space in DoBe parks, along with resource connections to relevant industry associations, venture capital funds, and listed companies. They will also benefit from free access to entrepreneurial mentors, courses, and comprehensive support, offering a full-cycle scientific and technological innovation service ecosystem—from entrepreneurship training and resource allocation to financing, mergers and acquisitions, or public listings.
Even during its preparatory phase, the Top37 Reverse Incubator garnered enthusiastic responses from multiple listed companies, state-owned enterprises, central enterprises, and universities. It is reported that the incubator's next steps will involve aligning with national strategic directions and the specific needs of outstanding enterprises to identify key breakthrough areas. It will collaborate with universities possessing globally top-ranked disciplines and introduce investors with extensive investment experience and successful track records, forming a "fully high-standard" combination to support youth entrepreneurship. Given the innovative nature of the "reverse incubator", DoBe Group aims to gradually explore and refine the model over the next 2–3 or 3–5 years, with a future goal of achieving a 20%–30% entrepreneurial success rate.

As an internationally recognized summit strongly supported by Shanghai each August, the ZLead Global Youth Innovation Summit provides a service ecosystem focused on "emphasizing communication and story-sharing" for global youth scientific and technological innovation, project incubation, and cross-border information exchange. Through innovative models, AI infrastructure discussions, and international cooperation, this year's summit established a platform for resource alignment and experience sharing among global young entrepreneurs. Moving forward, DoBe will continue to base its entrepreneurship incubation and support on demand, leveraging its global resource network to drive the continuous improvement of the science and innovation ecosystem and empower young talents to become key forces in technological innovation.
